proposition 19 had a bad voter turnout and only received 42% of votes even though a week prior it was said to win. I honestly think it was a step in the right direction though, opening doorways to a more reformed federal marijuana movement. one day it will be accepted as a recreational drug and treated like alcohol, limiting its use in public places and while driving, which prop 19 failed to provide.
